Damages and Issues
We take great care in producing and packaging our printed artworks to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps within 3 days of receiving your order:
Notification: Contact our customer support team to report the issue by filling out the form at hiveartes.com/support or emailing us at info@hiveartes.com and providing details about the damage or defect. Please include clear photographs of the damaged artwork and any relevant packaging.
Replacement or Refund: Once we have reviewed your case and verified the damage or defect, we will either send you a replacement artwork or issue a refund to your original payment method, depending on your preferences and availability.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that you provide an accurate shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed and validated your concern to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
