1. Damaged or Defective Artwork

We take great care in producing and packaging our printed artworks to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps within 3 days of receiving your order:

a. Notification: Contact our customer support team at rov@hiveartes.com to report the issue and provide details about the damage or defect. Please include clear photographs of the damaged artwork and any relevant packaging.

b. Return Authorization: Once we have reviewed your case and verified the damage or defect, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the artwork.

c. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for returning the damaged or defective artwork using the provided return shipping instructions. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance.

d. Replacement or Refund: Upon receiving the returned artwork, we will inspect it to confirm the damage or defect. Depending on your preference and availability, we will either send you a replacement artwork (if in stock) or issue a refund to your original payment method.

2. Non-Damaged Artwork:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-damaged artwork due to the unique nature of our products. We encourage you to carefully review the product details, images, and dimensions before making a purchase.

3. Incorrect Address:

Please ensure that you provide an accurate shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

4. Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned artwork and confirming the damage or defect. The refunded amount will include the original purchase price plus any applicable taxes, minus any shipping fees.
