Yes, Hive Arts produces high quality wall art using professional-grade equipment with automated machine calibration for best printing quality.
One-of-a-kind means we create every design with the intention of being printed once. Because there is one copy for every design, you will own that artwork exclusively. No other home or space will have the same design you bought from us.
We currently do not accept art commissions.
No, the copyright and intellectual property rights of the artwork remain with the artist or seller. You are purchasing a physical copy of the artwork, not the rights to reproduce or use it for commercial purposes.

Hive Artes uses 250 gsm museum-quality paper, similar to those used in gallery exhibitions. It’s made to last without changing the quality of the print color for years. That’s because our paper is made with alkaline papermaking technology to avoid yellowing or discoloration.
It’s also FSC-certified as part of our environmental responsibility.
Yes, Hive Artes uses quality canvas with responsibly-sourced wood stretcher bars. The canvas is a blend of cotton and polyester with a weight of 300-350gsm. Each print includes a hanging kit and is shipped in protective packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
While two different printing surfaces, they both produce great quality prints and are available in the same sizes. They’re both great materials over all: the textured canvas surface is preferred for art styles like realism and abstract because of the classic look while poster prints are great for most types of art styles.
We produce artwork on silver brushed aluminum DIBOND® panel, durable and lightweight even for large formats. The prints have a matte, glare-free finish that beautifully highlights vibrant colors and monochrome designs. Each print is approximately 3mm thick and includes a hanging kit for easy installation.
Our acrylic prints are made from 4mm thick acrylic, providing a sophisticated and vibrant finish. They are lightweight, shatterproof, and resistant to temperature changes. Each print comes with hanging hardware for easy installation.
Hive Artes artwork in wood prints feature high-quality birch wood with FSC certification. These prints showcase the natural grain and texture of the wood, adding a rustic touch to your images. They come with a hanging kit for easy installation.
Yes, artworks include a hanging kit for both horizontal and vertical mounting. Larger frames (60x80cm and above) have a pre-attached hook, while smaller frames come with a mounting kit and a stand. Each frame has three sawtooth mechanisms on the back for secure wall mounting. Please note that screws or nails are not included.

You don’t need to sign up to buy. We encourage sign ups so you can track your purchases, create a favorites list for later purchasing, and get updates for promotions.

When you purchase a printed artwork, you will receive a physical copy of the artwork as described in the product listing. The print will be produced on high-quality materials and will closely resemble the digital representation provided.
We accept all major credit cards.
We offer both standard and expedited shipping. Costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's size and weight.
Preparation of your item takes 3-5 business days. While estimated delivery time will be provided during checkout.
Yes, we provide free shipping within the contiguous US on orders $300 and above.
Can you ship artwork prints to my location?
Absolutely! We can ship to the US, including Army Post Office (APO) addresses within the US.
While we can only ship to a US delivery address, you can do your shopping from anywhere in the world.
To ensure the successful delivery of your order, please provide the correct shipping address when placing your order.
We can change or update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the address or halt the shipment. You will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to make any address changes.

Your art is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Prints are rolled and placed in sturdy tubes, while framed pieces are securely boxed.
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its journey.
Contact us if you do not receive an email within 7 days from ordering.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 20 days from the estimated delivery date.
To report a lost order, please visit hiveartes.com/contact-us and fill out the form, or email info@hiveartes.com. Provide your order details and any tracking information you have.
We will arrange for a replacement order to be sent to you.
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Please include the following:
A description of the problem and details about how the order was packaged.
Pictures of the damaged order item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).
You have the option to receive a refund or a replacement for the damaged or defective item you received.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for reasons of change of mind. Each product is custom-made for your order.
If you receive the wrong product, please visit hiveartes.com/support and fill out the form, or email us at info@hiveartes.com immediately with your order details and a photo of the received item. We will rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we start the production process, and cancellations are not possible.
At Hive Artes, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product you received, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will investigate and find a solution for you.
Please provide us with details about your concerns, such as issues with color consistency, print issues, or material defects, along with supporting images.
Our quality assurance team will promptly review your claim. If validated, we will offer a complimentary replacement shipped to you as soon as possible. If a replacement is not an option or you prefer not to wait, we will issue a full refund.
